Nitin Gadkari inaugurates IIM Bangalore’s Vista 2015, addresses students on “India aspires”

IIM Bangalore’s International Business Summit, Vista witnessed an invigorating start, as Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari inaugurated the event with his address to the IIMB fraternity on the theme “India aspires”.
Ceremonial lamp was lit to inaugurate the proceedings of the three day business fest by the Dean of Programmes, IIM Bangalore, Professor Sourav Mukherji along with Shri Nitin Gadkari.
Shri Gadkari then addressed a packed auditorium of over 250 participants and regaled them with anecdotes about becoming responsible leaders & working for the country with a sense of team spirit. He also emphasized the importance of recycling and in his speech mentioned “We need to convert both knowledge and waste to wealth”.
On the topic of highway development in India, Shri Gadkari stated “Resources are never a constraint” and encouraged all the students to have a positive mindset while following a development oriented approach.
True to its theme of celebrating all things Indigenous, Vista could not have had a better start, with the enthusiastic zeal of Shri Gadkari inspiring students and attendees to believe in the spirit of India. According to him, Innovation, E-Governance, Technology and Entrepreneurship will drive India’s growth trajectory.
