• IIM Bangalore student opts out of placements to be an education entrepreneur

    It is that time of the year when students at IIM Bangalore gear up for their final placements season. With multiple companies waiting to hire the best talent across the county, IIMB’s final placements are keenly followed throughout the country. However, beating the conventional trend, there are students who prefer to walk down the entrepreneurship lane. Aditya Kulkarni, a student of 2011-2013 batch at IIM Bangalore, is one such student who has voluntarily opted out of the process.   • An evening with Prof.Vaidyanathan – A Gurukul initiative

    Gurukul , the faculty –student interaction club of IIMB, organised its flag-ship event, an informal dinner with faculty, on 27th  February. Prof. Vaidyanathan, UTI chair professor of Finance & Control  at IIMB was the guest faculty for the evening. The event started with the introduction of Professor  Vaidyanathan , followed by a musical felicitation by PGP first year students and an inaugural cake cutting ceremony.
