The past weeks saw exciting intersection events by IQ, one of them being the Student- Prof Quiz. Teams consisting of two students from each section along with a professor battled it out on the quizzing field to take home the glory. Rohit Suresh, PGP2 and Quizmaster, opined that the current PGP1 batch has some great quizzers. Most of the questions were answered before they reached the audience, who had to try very hard to win the goodies in store.

Some others however had the participants racking their brains. Section C along with their professor, Smt. Manaswini Bhalla emerged the winners in closely contested rounds.

IQ Informals saw huge participation across sections. Dumb Charades, Pictionary and word games were crowd pullers and the students ‘ooh’ed and ‘aah’ed as they guessed the movies with seconds to spare! The organizers promised to come back with more events, much to the delight of the participants.

The week after Eximius’13 also saw a financial debate by IQ organized jointly with Networth on the concerns about the decreasing monetary value of the Indian rupee. As the students pitched their points with a logical finesse, judges had a tough time deciding on which one of them deserved the top spot.

Manage-a –Trio, the entertainment quiz with a message to “leave the marketing, fin and econ fundaes in your room and ready yourself for pure entertainment!” delivered on its promise and made sure that the students of IIMB do not forget the fun element in their lives.

IQ promises to keep the momentum alive and bring in more entertainment and knowledge through its activities. Watch out for more, IIMB!
