BANGALORE: The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell (EnI) of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, will have its flagship annual festival – Eximius 2012- on August 11 and 12, 2012 – at the institute.

The summit gives the aspiring student entrepreneurs from over 150 colleges a chance to showcase their ideas to venture capitalists, attend workshops to give shape to their ideas and obtain guidance from people who have gained success in their ventures.

The theme for this year is ‘Failure Fuels Success’. The events include business plan competition, business valuation workshop, social entrepreneurship case study and a case study competition by PaperKraft, ITC.

There will also be a panel discussion on women entrepreneurship. This year Eximius will also play host to a rock band start-up whose members will share their experience in pursuit of recognition for their music.

“Through this summit EnI aims to reach out and provide a platform to those young minds who aspire to not be the job seekers but the job creators of the country,” said the organizers.
